As the Owner and Designated Broker of Western Property Advisors LLC, Aaron combines deep market knowledge with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Aaron successfully represents his clients whether they’re buying a first home, expanding an investment portfolio, or navigating specialized senior housing transitions.

A graduate and former professional athlete, Aaron played five seasons of indoor and outdoor soccer while working remotely for a regional mall developer. This experience sparked his passion for real estate and development. That early exposure to commercial projects laid the foundation for Western Property Advisors, a firm known for its personalized service and broad expertise.

Aaron holds multiple professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), and is a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Also, as a Certified Dementia Practitioner, he brings additional insight and compassion when serving Arizona’s older adult community and their families. With over a decade of real estate experience and a lifelong commitment to serving Arizona’s senior community, Shawn brings a unique blend of compassion, expertise, and advocacy to every client relationship. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Master of Social Work, Shawn began his career as a Hospice Social Worker, where he supported individuals and families navigating end-of-life challenges, elder abuse, and financial exploitation.

Before entering real estate full-time, Shawn also served as a Director of Community Outreach, leading programs that educated and empowered seniors, veterans, and those facing complex health conditions.

Today, as Co-Owner and Senior Real Estate Specialist at Western Property Advisors, Shawn leverages his extensive background in social services to guide older adults and their families through important housing transitions with empathy, transparency, and professionalism. His mission is to ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and confident in their next chapter, whether downsizing, relocating, or finding the right community for their needs.

Outside of real estate, Shawn remains actively involved in senior advocacy, education, and volunteer work across Arizona.
